Belugas, sharks, penguins and a Caribbean reef on the lakefront. In 2026 the free access for Illinois residents is on Tuesday evenings, with full free days only in January and February.

Worth it? Yes.Regular tickets run high, so residents should use this. Call instead of booking online to avoid the fee, and expect a line at 5 pm.
