ShinjukuTwo observation rooms on the 45th floor of city hall, 202 meters up, with no ticket desk at all. On a clear day the view runs from the Skytree to Mount Fuji.

- Always · South room 9:30–22:00 (last entry 21:30), closed 1st and 3rd Tuesday. North room 9:30–17:30, closed 2nd and 4th Monday, and open until 22:00 when the South room is shut. Both closed 29–31 Dec, 2–3 Jan and on building inspection days.
